Description
This is an 18 -24 month programme, with a final three-month window to complete their End Point Assessment. On successful achievement of the programme, the Apprentice is awarded a Diploma in Management and Leadership through the Chartered Management Institute and will have achieved their Apprenticeship Standards. They will also be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager Status at Level 3 and Chartered Manager Status at Level 5.
There is also an option to undertake the Level 5 Apprenticeship programme with a ‘stretch and challenge ‘ Level 7 Diploma. This programme has been designed to support your talent pipeline.
There are eight Modules covering all aspects of management and leadership delivered through a blend of virtual and face-to-face workshops, depending upon current guidance from the Government.
