I would recommend this course to a colleague because the DMAIC structure, hands‑on tools, and real‑world application make it highly practical and immediately useful. The content gave me clear guardrails for problem‑solving, strengthened my ability to validate root causes with data, and highlighted how to create sustainable controls. While some areas could benefit from more practice or deeper exploration, the overall value and clarity of the methodology make it a strong foundation for anyone involved in process improvement.

The course is good, I like the different tools we learned to use I feel like these will be useful if/when I have to run a project. It would be nice if the breakout times were a bit longer to give us time to really go over the content, maybe a bit more hands on approach but that would just be my way of learning. I would love to get an idea of how a green belt would be done if it becomes available to us.

I think there was some internal communication before the course began about whether or not it was a group project and that put delays into place for a process improvement idea. Ashling has been able to explain things very well and we’re on track.
