The course is good, I like the different tools we learned to use I feel like these will be useful if/when I have to run a project. It would be nice if the breakout times were a bit longer to give us time to really go over the content, maybe a bit more hands on approach but that would just be my way of learning. I would love to get an idea of how a green belt would be done if it becomes available to us.

I think there was some internal communication before the course began about whether or not it was a group project and that put delays into place for a process improvement idea. Ashling has been able to explain things very well and we’re on track.

Very worthwhile, helps to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Think about what the actual problem is and current state, rather than jumping to conclusions and opinions.
