I really enjoyed the Yellow Belt course. The training was well organised, easy to follow, and the project-based approach helped me apply the tools in a real work environment. The trainers were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. I would recommend this training to anyone looking to improve problem-solving skills and gain a better understanding of Lean Six Sigma.
I would recommend this course to a colleague because the DMAIC structure, hands‑on tools, and real‑world application make it highly practical and immediately useful. The content gave me clear guardrails for problem‑solving, strengthened my ability to validate root causes with data, and highlighted how to create sustainable controls. While some areas could benefit from more practice or deeper exploration, the overall value and clarity of the methodology make it a strong foundation for anyone involved in process improvement.
