A well worthwhile course which gave a better understanding of what we do on a daily bases.
Very good and interesting course. A lot information provided.
The tutor was very interested in the topic which really helped. He used real life examples to tie it all together and always referred back to our own individual roles to understand better in why we do what we do and how it relates to HACCP. Asking us questions throughout and allowing us to brainstorm was good to get us thinking more.
Very good overall tutor was very good and was able yo answer all the questions made the day very enjoyable
