Thank you Tom for all the knowledge you shared with us today. It has strengthen my understanding and my knowledge and I am happy to now be able to be confident talking of HACCP in my business.
The tutor was very interested in the topic which really helped. He used real life examples to tie it all together and always referred back to our own individual roles to understand better in why we do what we do and how it relates to HACCP. Asking us questions throughout and allowing us to brainstorm was good to get us thinking more.
Great presentation very interactive and good real life experience and examples.
