Preventing hazards at critical control points, rather than simply testing finished products, gives the course its distinctive practical focus. Attendees value knowledgeable, approachable tutors who explain HACCP clearly through real-life examples, analogies and questions. Interactive sessions are well structured, clearly presented and paced accessibly for newcomers and those refreshing existing knowledge. They report stronger understanding of monitoring, verification, corrective action and documentation, with learning they can apply in their departments.
