Very good, would like to see more of this training done.
More clarity on HACCP and how to approach the study at process steps and the structure of evaluating the hazards and risks.

Very infomative. Good to realise the importance of PRPs. Engaging way of bringing the story.
The course is well given, but I don't understand the misalignment between what the course is teaching and how the view of the quality director as well as global is. Therefore I don't see the added value of the course
I really enjoy the course. I find SQT courses are always thought with a high standard of delivery. This was no exception
