Great training, excellent content, not fully sure if it can be fully applied in an international environment at a global company present in many countries, but it is very good direction.
Overall I enjoyed the course however, I have not has any experience at all in investigating so it was hard to relate it to my role. I will use some of the techniques in other areas of my role though.
It was good training clear training that I can take a lot away from. I would gave liked to have more focus around my actual role and potential investigations I would carry out to help me understand how to implement the new tactics we have talked about
enjoyed this course more than the case file prep
The training was excellent. I think having this modulke provided in person in the future would be a better way to go, as the breakout sessions and practice interviewing case studies would have been better conducted in person. Richard did a great job in arranging the case studies remotely however.
Jim was very knowledgeable, the training was very engaging and all different types of learning styles incorporated into this training.
Only issue i felt was with the layout and size of the room
While it cannot be attributed to the trainer, a course of interview online is not ideal given the practical nature of the activity. However, it still had pretty useful information and theory that was optimally assimilated.
Generally a really worthwhile course which will help me in my work and it will certainly improve how I approach investigations and interviews.
