Great course and instructor. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed this course. The content, delivery and participant engagement was great and I will definitely recommend to my colleagues. Thanks to Tim for two great days training.
Great course, great content and outstanding trainer!
Brilliant course. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Theoretical knowledge and real life tips provided. Is a lot to fit in to two day modules.
Really enjoyed this training. Jim's knowledge and delivery was exceptional and he was very engaging. I have made pages and pages of notes, which shows how much I have learnt and want to retain.
As above, more role plays as these bring learning to life otherwise it was an excellent course and presented brilliantly and interactively.
Generally a really worthwhile course which will help me in my work and it will certainly improve how I approach investigations and interviews.
