Tim is an absolutely fantastic trainer!! He is the best Bond Solon trainer I have had and I know this is echoed by my colleagues who have also done this course. The course can be heavy in places but Tim explains things in a way that everyone understands and does not assume you know something (which I have found some other trainers to do). The role play was a really good way to practice our skills and although I was nervous I am really pleased that I did it.Tim gave regular breaks throughout which allowed us to process the information and really explained how we can take what we have learnt into the questions. I really hope to get Tim again for my next module! Thanks Tim!

I learnt so much, as Tim's teaching skills are excellent- using examples and not referring to manual or PowerPoint constantly . Involving us personally, individually and as a group. Thanks Tim.

I found this course extremely valuable and a much needed refresher on key aspects of PACE. I thoroughly enjoyed the content, the opportunity to conduct a role play interview and the general detail and knowledge from the trainer to deliver this training package I found extremely well put together
