I found this course very relevant to my Job role. The trainer Jim has a brilliant teaching style , the time went very quickly.

Jim was a brilliant trainer full of knowledge and expertise which will prove extremely valuable to my role as a Trading Standards Officer. I liked the inclusion of the quiz, the memory test and the observation game as it made training engaging but also cemented the knowledge learnt that day

I did not enjoy the role play but the exercises were excellent and informative. Pleanty of opportunity for further reading.

Would prefer the course material to provide more case studies that we may consider when it comes to the assignment.
