Great course

Jim was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable, friendly and his ability to get complex points across means that we can implement these easily within our daily roles.

Jim was a brilliant trainer full of knowledge and expertise which will prove extremely valuable to my role as a Trading Standards Officer. I liked the inclusion of the quiz, the memory test and the observation game as it made training engaging but also cemented the knowledge learnt that day

I did not enjoy the role play but the exercises were excellent and informative. Pleanty of opportunity for further reading.

Would prefer the course material to provide more case studies that we may consider when it comes to the assignment.

Jim is an excellent trainer, prior to the course anticipated a bland subject area (theory of interviewing) but Jim made the course interactive and interesting. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed this training. There is such a huge amount to learn and the day was packed but the speed and pace and way it was presented made it possible to take in. It was enjoyable and very eye opening when we did the memory tests and role play. It will stick in my memory.
