Tim was great, I really enjoyed the course. We covered lots and he made it interesting but lighthearted.

I found the course engaging and informative. Tim's delivery was easy to understand.

The role plays massively helped with the learning. Experience of the trainer really showed and helped with the delivery of the course. Coming out much more confident when conducting investigation meetings.

Overall I enjoyed the course however, I have not has any experience at all in investigating so it was hard to relate it to my role. I will use some of the techniques in other areas of my role though.

It was good training clear training that I can take a lot away from. I would gave liked to have more focus around my actual role and potential investigations I would carry out to help me understand how to implement the new tactics we have talked about

Brilliant course - thank you. Jim was a great trainer, spoke very clearly and great pace to ensure understanding. Great use of real life examples from both his experience and experience/job roles of others attending. Highlighted and repeated key pieces of information and key takeaways - ensured reflections were had on the subjects. Training worked really well online with the use of break out rooms.
