Really interesting course. The Trainer (Rachael Gooding) was very engaging and helpful. Overall I'm very happy with the course.
Great trainer, very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions clearly with explanations.
I enjoyed the training and the contents covered everything that i needed, including the advice on progression to the next course. The fact that other delegates were also from a housing association improved the experience and Rachel made sure that we were assigned to the same breakout rooms when it was relevant. I find the length of time between the training and the exam to be inconvenient but understand how they work and know this is unavoidable.
The course was very interesting & I learned a lot of new information on sustainability and how this can be applied in the workplace and how it can be improved
