A very well planned and delivered module. Keeping it interactive and group discussion based made it very interesting.

My first course in this area and when you see a 'day online' you wonder how you will get through it but very interesting, lots of breaks and activities which keeps you interested. some good videos also. Trainer calm and kept my attention.
