James was an excellent trainer, he was so passionate and knowledgeable about the industry which made the course all the more interesting! Thoroughly enjoyed all of his random statistics/facts.

Really enjoyed the course, James was brilliant as a trainer and is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. Not so much a course problem but I'm not a great lover of the Teams breakout rooms but that's just in general not specific to this course.

The trainer kept the course very interesting and informative, really good explanations of sometimes very complex situations. Really enjoyed.

Found the course and the trainer knowledge very useful and really hope to use the info learnt. I have not received any kind of certificate as yet to prove I completed it.

I had requested the course slides as some items covered more than the course learning books. Did not receive e-mailed copy.
