i really enjoyed the IEMA course with James he has lots of knowledge and shared this with the team. he really explained things in terms we could all understand. the activities were great and engaged all the team.
James was brilliant, kept it interesting and engaging through the week and added a lot of extra knowledge to the topics we went through.

James was amazing. Very very knowledgeable, a true specialist. He knew everything he needed to know and used great examples and got to understand the people and relate it to our experience. Thoroughly enjoyed his teaching style, very professional, very engaging and positive. If I was looking for a specialist to work with my company, 100% I would ask James. He knowledge was overwhelming! Excellent teacher. In fact I’m putting him forward as TSW facilitator of the month !
James has a lot of knowledge and experience to help break things down and make easier to understand. Whether relating to large multi-national businesses or a small organisation like my own. My only feedback would be (and not sure it's directed to James in particular) but a lot of abbreviations for many elements of this course which I found a bit hard to keep track of
