A really helpful session although I feel Michael wasn't fully aware of the progress we had made and so had to adapt his plans to meet our needs. For example, the session was focussed on choosing a project but we had been advised to come with a project in mind for this session already, and many of our projects were already underway.

Good to talk about finances and budgets

Today was an excellent session of learning and collaborating. I feel empowered to go away and progress with my assignments.

The training is going very well and the structure of the training day is very good as we are not overburdened with work. The pace is good

good session - great to have the recap as i missed the last workshop.

The course is very interesting, the facilitators are very knowledgeable on the topic areas. They are excellent in delivering the training. The facilitator makes sure that all the learners are included, they are warm and friendly but at the same time ensuring that we are all doing what is expected of us. I like the fact that the Facilitators reminds us about putting things into our Journal which we probably would have forgotten to do. That is something I have to get use to doing. I'm sure some learners are better than others in doing so.
