A really helpful session although I feel Michael wasn't fully aware of the progress we had made and so had to adapt his plans to meet our needs. For example, the session was focussed on choosing a project but we had been advised to come with a project in mind for this session already, and many of our projects were already underway.
It was really good today. The tutors checked in with our understanding thorought the session.
Good interactive session, especially dynamics of system design and making toast
Today's topic was interesting - the space was alright but at the start I was a little bit lost and I am not sure why.
Sometimes felt rushed - could do with more time on for example Change. We learn a lot from each other The breakout rooms where there are just 2 people are not productive. I would suggests a minimum of 4 people to get some healthy debate / ideas As mentioned previously an outline agenda with approx timings should be shared at the start of the session so we can all see what the plan for the day is.
This course needs to be face to face. So much better this way
