CESR - Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration Reviews

Nice to have the opportunity to discuss progression with others, however I was under the impression the session would be able moving up thresholds within the Specialty Doctor payscale rather than portfolio pathway, and the terminology used was a bit confusing. A review of the name of the session would help.

The trainer was very interactive, which I thought was positive. However I personally did not find the training useful. Particularly there was no structure or information related to the new Portfolio of Evidence and only a couple of slides during the training. We were showed only You Tube videos. Thank you
