Useful course for future career progression

Very useful and timely A full day course would have been better

Not what I expected the course to be. Thought it was thresholds 2 for Sas training pay and sas progression

Nice to have the opportunity to discuss progression with others, however I was under the impression the session would be able moving up thresholds within the Specialty Doctor payscale rather than portfolio pathway, and the terminology used was a bit confusing. A review of the name of the session would help.

This course was a great guidance and motivation for me to initiate the portfolio path. Thank tou very much
