Very well put together course. Amazing wealth of knowledge and experience shown by the trainer. At no point was there a lull or any brain wandering due to the way in which the course was delivered.

Good course which will allow me to carry out my role more efficiently. David was excellent throughout as I am aware it can be difficult delivering training on teams. He delivered content at a good pace and made it relevant and relatable to our industry.

Enjoyed the course however, I think having it face to face would've encouraged more interaction. I do enjoy using teams but sometimes people can get lost in the background. Overall the course was good.

Course was good and I have a lot to take away from it. David has a great way of keeping the topic interesting , I understand why it has been carried out over Teams but I believe it would have encouraged more discussion and interaction amongst the group if it was a physical face to face course.
