David was very professional, knowledgeable and kept the course running smoothly throughout.

Course was full of a lot of information and a lot to take in at times, but was delivered very well by David, who explained things well and answered questions in a way where it was easier understood.

The course was brilliantly delivered by David Gardiner. For what can be a fairly dry subject to cover, the manner in which he engaged with the course members and delivered the material was superb. He allowed time for discussion and interaction as well as ensuring that the importance of the main messages were delivered. As for the course itself, I enjoyed that it was delivered through Teams, in the comfort of my own home. I found the content helpful for me going forward in my career, in particular the Incident Investigation and Measuring Performance Modules. Overall I have rated the course as 5 stars and would recommend it to others, in particular those in Management Roles.

I enjoyed the course and learning more about managing safely in the workplace. I thought that the content was relevant for learning at the level I am at.

Course was good and well delivered. My only negative comment is that workbooks did not arrive until middle of day 2!

David is an engaging trainer and described everything clearly with a true interest in the subject matter.
