I enjoyed the course, plenty of content that I will find useful in my current role.

Content of course was excellent with 1st class delivery by Rita. Only issue over the 3 days was technical issue with WI-FI connection - sometimes intermittent !

Rita was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the subject. Rita made it enjoyable to sit the course, and learn about Managing Safely in the workplace.

David's style of teaching made course very easy to learn and made the course enjoyable.

Very good online course. Trainer was very enthusiastic and answered any questions that were asked.

David did a great job in delivering the course, he was knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to answer questions and provide additional support. His expertise made the learning experience enjoyable as he had a vast knowledge of not only his own field but also the fire service so he was able to easily relate it back to us making understanding the course material easier.

Breaks did not fit in with our regular work place lunch times. This needs to be communicated in advance to allow us to make alternative arrangements. Homework was given yet no prior notice give. This became an issue with home and family commitments. Following completion of the course a further project is needed to be done. On whos time is this to be done? My employer has not built in any additional time around my shift pattern to allow me to complete this. This needs to be communicated in advance in order for me to have overtime approved or TOIL provided.
