Good course. Learned alot.

Good course, I would have preferred a face to face course, however I understand the reasons why this is not practical. Good trainer, well done David.

Trainer was very knowledgeable and clearly has a keen interest in the subject. He made the course interesting and easy to understand and used his experience to help us understand it better.

Very informative. I learned a lot and will help me with risk assessments going forward.

The course was really enjoyable and David is excellent. David made each day enjoyable and explained heath and safety in an enjoyable relatable way both with every day life and the workplace. The course had a good balance as far as information and group challenges that offered a good chance for discussion and debate. Overall I enjoyed the course, it was just the right length and as I said David was very good with the delivery. It may have been improved by being an in person course. Thanks

Good course and Instructor has great knowledge of this subject.

The course has been very informative . The big negative has been that i have received no workbook which i was told had been posted out a week before the course start date

The trainer, David, was excellent. Very passionate about the subject & made it interesting. Really good. The presentations were also good. I would say that group work with 14 people just does not work, though. Also, the workbooks still have not been delivered even though the course has finished. I submitted my home address on 18th February, & also emailed again on 27th to say that it had not been received & was told that they were being sent out that day, so it is a very poor effort. I'm sure the Fire Service are paying a lot of money for these courses, so you should get your admin sorted out.

Obviously would have benefitted from having the book delivered pre course and maybe a wee ice breaker introduction from all on the teams call. However I felt it beneficial and would recommend it for a greater understanding.
