Paul was a first class trainer, he made the 3 days go very quickly and loved the fact he used humour & banter and got everyone involved. I especially liked the micro breaks every 40 minutes, I have never had that on a course before but it definitely works to keep you fresh and prevents you getting aches sitting for prolonged periods.

Good course with a lot of knowledge and information from the trainer. It might be better having the course face to face rather than over teams but that is my personal opinion.
