A good course with relevant content. Difficult at times via Teams call but the course was run well and worked well for me.

The course was brilliantly delivered by David Gardiner. For what can be a fairly dry subject to cover, the manner in which he engaged with the course members and delivered the material was superb. He allowed time for discussion and interaction as well as ensuring that the importance of the main messages were delivered. As for the course itself, I enjoyed that it was delivered through Teams, in the comfort of my own home. I found the content helpful for me going forward in my career, in particular the Incident Investigation and Measuring Performance Modules. Overall I have rated the course as 5 stars and would recommend it to others, in particular those in Management Roles.

David was a excellent trainer - his presentation style and delivery of the content was informative and interesting, which made it was easy to understand and help me appreciate more the importance of managing safely, risk assessments and how I can work in a as safe as possible way.
