Cathy planned the session meticulously and it was exactly what we were looking for. Cathy gave us insight as well as space to think and talk through our own concerns as well. Cathy was open and honest and gave us the tools we needed to progress the topics discussed.

Another great session from Happy! The facilitator does a fantastic job at creating an inclusive group where everyone can contribute. Each theory is always followed with how to implement it and opportunities to practice. I also love that the facilitator models the behaviours being taught every step of the way!

Quite a difficult part of the course that was explained very clearly by Paul. I think up to now this has been the most challenging yet interesting section.

Really good, I took loads of notes and will be reporting back to my team what I've learned. Also met some of my colleagues for the first time which was odd but pleasing via a remote training module. Am very Happy indeed. Thank you.
