Great session! I was engaged throughout and really enjoyed the level of involvement and interaction, super accessible but also challenged me to think about the way I work and way and how I might need to take more consideration for different working styles.

Great session with Rachael, engaging and interesting - good to reflect on ways of practice.

The training was really useful and made us understand how we can be more productive by better managing our tasks/meetings/emails. I also found it really engaging. Racheal divided the training into little sections. She alternated presentations with group activities and was able to make us all participate and share our opinions.

It was a great session, good refresher on some points for me and picked up good tips to take forward and use and also adapt how my team work.
