Very informative, much more than I expected going into the course and this will be taken forward on a day to day basis

This is a fantastic course for a first time manager but for participant with more experience, it could have cover a bit more on newer trends in management.

Content was clear and concise and plenty of room for discussions and thought-provoking.

So nice to work with our team in person after so long. Great to share ideas, to learn and laugh. The venue is gorgeous and inspiring, Paul is calm and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the day.
