A very good course and experience

It was really good course, insightful and learn loads. Just starting management so this is great.

Ben was great. I really enjoyed the exercises and was extremely informative.

I really enjoyed the course and there was a lot of topics covered that I will be taking away with me to use. Ben was a great facilitator and I enjoyed how interactive the course was.

I learnt a lot and believe this'll contribute to my personal growth as well as professional

Really insightful and fun

Lovely course, very participatory and coaching approach to learning. I liked that there wasn’t a PowerPoint, but that we have booklets to take away and reflection points at the end of every activity. I only would like more diversity in stories and reading suggestions (adrienne marie brown, Brene brown, cooperative movement/workers coops such as Navigate, TRIPOD or Platform) who say the same thing as some of the old white guys.

Loved the course. As commented on, use less white men ideas and explore more continental thought

Thank you for your help and support over these two days. I think the course is great for new managers especially.
