I thoroughly enjoyed the two days and learnt a lot which has given me more confidence with my role as a team leader. All the information was clear and explained and no question was ever wrong to ask and was explained.

I felt the training was a good pace, examples were good to gain more content on the subject and the training was interactive.

Nicky did a fantastic job at encouraging discussions and people feeling comfortable enough to draw on real life events. By using a number of different mediums she helped keep everyone engaged and interacting within the session.
