great learning experience to overcome and develop understanding on the GAPs i had before this course

Thanks it was one of my best course , i recomed presharibg of the course content so people can check and discuss their challneges for better get out of the course. I also suggeest one single certeficate detailing the content.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two days and learnt a lot which has given me more confidence with my role as a team leader. All the information was clear and explained and no question was ever wrong to ask and was explained.

I felt the training was a good pace, examples were good to gain more content on the subject and the training was interactive.

Nicky did a fantastic job at encouraging discussions and people feeling comfortable enough to draw on real life events. By using a number of different mediums she helped keep everyone engaged and interacting within the session.

I really enjoyed the course! Nicky was great, she really got us all engaged and involved. I think as a new manager, having no management experience, I've been given a good understanding of what is needed to be a good leader
