This was extremely useful for me because it gave me clarity on how I view change. And after taking the first part of the training, it gave me the tools and insight on how I would like to view change.

A great course with some interesting points that i will take away in implement. Louise is a great trainer, welcoming and engaging and always gets people involved. For me, i lost focus towards the end, maybe due to the length of the course or the time of day we were running it. Having said that i really enjoyed the training and will recommend it to others.
