Teams break out sessions good for interaction and breaking up the theory discussion. Applying examples to the theory went well. Trust and 3 pillars of persuasion a lot of theory.although the examples provided by trainer helped to learn and apply.

I would recommend some additional time is allocated to the break out discussion for the Persuasive Selling. We had 20 minutes but unfortunately not all 4 people were able to present their thoughts due to time running out.

I'd really liked the part were we needed to reflect on our strengths as I haven't done it a lot in the past. Lou was very helpful and gave good tips and tricks how to accept change and be more resilience.

Very useful course but I feel that it should have been broken down over 2 different days as my work can't wait now and it's already 2.30pm local time.

Think Lou did a great job and was great at energising the discussion (especially considering the early kick off time in the UK). Good use of breakout rooms and definitely helped inspire the conversations. You'd probably get more contributions if it was an IRL event but thought it was quite well done for a virtual event. Would be interesting to know if you could have a 1-on-1 type session where you could actually get some coaching on how to be more assertive and persuasive because as this session demonstrated, everybody has different characteristics so the same tips may not apply.
