Very enjoyable course and useful for work

The training was really interesting and the trainer kept the interest of all who attended

a fantastic course which enabled me to realise my strengths as a facilitator. I has made me aware of thinking about the audience and how to make the session inclusive.

This course has been very knowledgeable.

Trainers were very knowledgeable and kind. Understood it was my first time presenting infront of people and gave me much more confidence.

Overall the training received and the content of the course was impressive. The Trainers created an open positive learning environment which appeared to be beneficial to all learners. I personally felt we could have spent more time on the content and structure of the training but understand the time constraints of the two day course.

Lynn and Andrew delivered the course in a very professional and curtious manner. The course was engaging and fulfilled my needs to progress as a trainer.

The facilitator put us all at ease. He was interesting and informative and really made us think.
