Very interactive course,a lot of team work and working in pairs Inclusive - friendly and caring approach of the trainer Very good and relevant content of the course, emphasis on the respect to the other person
Very enjoyable course, learnt alot of different techniques with how to help teach and train. Helping an individual become the best they can be at the task at hand.
The book is a mess. It’s missing a questionnaire and the pages were numbered twice. The trainer was excellent throughout 😎
