Train the Trainer Reviews

The trainer was thorough and tailored the content to suit our specific processes. He was very good at answering questions and keeping the group engaged. He made the two days fun and enjoyable with the use of different tools and approaches. There was a lot of material covered over a short period but it was simplified and very easy to understand and keep up with.

Great experience, I felt engaged through the whole experience, I have taken on knowledge to improve my training technique also built my confidence.

Some of the questions in the handbook could have been worded a lot better in relation to what we were trying to achieve as an outcome

I felt the course reached the intended aims however, I would have liked either some allotted time between the 2 sessions to work on the training. I don't think havign more time before hand to read the pre info fromt he email would have helped as you only fully understand what's required after the first days training.

This was a very good and informative course. We learned loads, thank you.

It may be better to request people to prepare a presentation before beginning the course as I struggled to find time in the evening to prepare and was slightly stressed. But the instructor and course was very helpful!
