The time flew by. I think it helped that we were a small group so we got to know each other in the breakout activities. A good balance of listening and doing and having the role play at the end was so helpful.
I've been with Sam in some other course and she's a fabulous presenter. She keeps the attention up and listens to everyone. I found the course really interesting and I learned something today, not just the "typical" do this, do that theories that are not applicable in real life/work situations.
I was recommended this course by a colleague who had done it before, it didn't disappoint, Samantha is fun and is very capable to create a enjoyable and safe environment to learn about yourself.
This was a good workshop as Sam Green was energetic and funny. She made things interesting, but I feel that it could have been done in 2.5 or 3 hours rather than 3.5 hours.
Super dynamic and engaging presenter/trainer! She approached the topic from all angles and provided real tips and strategies, with an actual role play. I loved it!
It was a fantastic course I think all colleagues should do it. Thanks Sam
A really useful course for both work and personal life!
As Emergency physicians, we encounter difficult patients almost every week. So, I gained lots of insight into how to cope with these situations. Thank you Steph for being very interactive and make the course very interesting
