A great day training - really enjoyed the discussions around cases and the opportunity to support others to write a response and help with my experience. Well timed course, good pace and nice breaks as well

Thank you Steph. It is always useful to see other people and learn how they would address these issues. I particularly liked the breakoff groups where you were able to talk in a smaller group and gather other people's understanding of the process.
