VERY NICE COURSE.. WAY OF PRESENTATION WAS EXCELLENT .
Nice presentation style. A lot of oppertunity for us to do group discussions.
The course dragged out into 2 days . Could be finished in one day Sometimes could not hear trainer. She is pleasant polite flexibly knows her subject and could be briefed better

Being new to the role, I found this course very beneficial. Being in there with 8 others in the same position was a good opportunity for me to get some techniques to the most out of my new team. The time I had and the session itself with Claire was also very fluent and helpful, I look forward to getting into branch and putting some of these techniques into practice.
Great training course to help us engage with our sales team. Also nice to meet other branch managers on the same level to discuss jobs/operations etc.
