The course dragged out into 2 days . Could be finished in one day Sometimes could not hear trainer. She is pleasant polite flexibly knows her subject and could be briefed better

Being new to the role, I found this course very beneficial. Being in there with 8 others in the same position was a good opportunity for me to get some techniques to the most out of my new team. The time I had and the session itself with Claire was also very fluent and helpful, I look forward to getting into branch and putting some of these techniques into practice.
