A very good and informative course, very practical which is good.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course, and helped refresh my memory on some things, I have not used since becoming a MHFA. Well done :-)
Rachele was a fantastic course leader and facilitator. The discussion topics and exercises were informative and it was useful to complete the role play scenarios too. Highly recommended. Previous training was provided remotely, however I found this face-to-face session was much more beneficial.
Some technical issues but once resolved everything worked fine, yet I struggled to hear some of it. The one discussion that seemed to have the most impact was where we had to decide who was being the affected person, who was the MHFA and who observed. I struggled to be either other than the observer but it made me realise that sometimes saying something that might seem inappropriate might actually be what a suicidal person needs to hear if it gets them talking.
I really enjoyed the face to face course yesterday it was very interactive and got us all talking
Very much enjoyed the course. great instructor who lead good discussions with the group. Very helpful. Thank you
