good content very effective and informative.

Good course that colleagues were able to participate together face to face which helped with the dynamic and exercises.

Som of the topics being discussed could be perceived as upsetting but the instructor through hi delivery made me feel at ease with the subject matter.

Much prefer face to face but jacquard is a great instructor.

Cathy was a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable in this topic. Confident and clear delivery of the content. 4.5 hours was not enough time to run through the content though and we had to rush through the skills practice at the end which was a shame. Group discussion was very valuable however I felt the timings of the course didn't allow for enough of this.

It would be nice to have more time for group discussions, say a whole day, instead of just an afternoon.

Great course, but 4 hours is not long enough.
