This course provided more practical application of the way to approach people in need.
The trainer's teaching style really suits this kind of training, as a group I think everyone was at ease and so contributed more to the discussions which everyone found valuable.
I feel that the course would need to be run for a full 8hr day rather than 4 hrs this gives the opportunity for the team to interact more, as I feel this is an important part of the course and it also give the teacher more time to discuss the topics with us. Really enjoyed the course it just needed more time :-)
