If it was in a classroom based where everyone was there I believe we could have done some more face to face customer service skills, Over all well presented prepared an observed and very well executed programme.

Good session not as thought provoking as personal development though .

I have learnt lots of things and refreshed my information about using new methods of applying for job , how to pass information, Using the images to show differences. how to email with information.

Really enjoyed the course learning about everything from employee s rights to writing a C.V and how to conduct yourself in a interview.
