I been thinking i have good knowledge of how to deal with costumer, and solve problems but unfortunately i have before course massive lack of knowledge.

the sessions were inclusive, understandable and explained in a way that I actually understood what was said

Well presented course that has helped me improve my knowledge and be more aware of what skills potential employers could be looking for. Learning about terrorism and the different threat levels, how to respond to any threats and creating a CV has been very interesting and helpful for the future.

I feel more confident with interviews. Better understanding now how to research and answer questions. Made it very simple.
