Patient, approachable tutors are the course’s clearest strength: attendees say Liam, Stuart and others explain complex subjects clearly, adapt to different learning needs and ensure no one is left behind. They value the well-organised structure, steady pace and friendly, inclusive atmosphere, with practical activities, teamwork, interview and CV guidance, and relevant topics such as terrorism awareness building confidence and useful workplace skills. Some mention that venue facilities and connectivity could improve.

Enjoyed Liams lesson on terrorism awareness, he explained it very well
Venue can be noisy and distracting.
Liam is an incredibly helpful and caring tutor. He definitely cares about the students and wants them to succeed. He is a genuine person and I am incredibly happy to be on a course he is teaching. Give him a pay rise please
