Each learning outcome was easy to follow and had all the links and content needed for me to write my assignments and pass. I would recommend Reed for their CIPD course and I would happily enrol again for Level 5 & 7.
Excellent presentation and she exercised flexibility and patience and made the training interactive and enjoyable.
It was a great learning with some senior HR professional
I found REED and especially my tutor Debbie, really fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help and assist where they could.
I found that I understood some sections of the course better than others, and found more tasks more enjoyable to complete than others. As I am not employed in a HR environment I found some of the content challenging,as I would not experience or be expected to complete the tasks set in some of the hyperthetical scenerios in my day to day role. I would probably choose to specialise in well-being and staff engagement in a HR setting, as I felt more interesting and enthuastic about those particular subjects.
Amazing course. Really interesting, good interaction. Mainly consolidating knowledge I already had and reaffirming what I know and if I had any gaps. Tutor was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Inclusive and friendly. Couldn't fault it
The course overan a little bit, so it would be good to shorten the breakout sessions to ensure that we kept to time.
Overall I thought the session was very good. Its not the most exciting topic and I struggled with the fact that it seems implied by the CIPD that ethics and morals were key to HR, but actually they are key to all parts of the organisation not just HR. If the finance team have poor ethics and morals they could be embezzling money, Marketing could be falsely advertising, IT could be reading everyone's emails and messages etc etc.
Leanne is a great trainer. Whilst being professional and having good knowledge, she also shows real emotional intelligence and empathy which I think are important qualities.
