Absolutely loved the training. The small group and intimate space pulled the group together and allowed for an interactive learning environment. Chris was fantastic very engaging and confident enough to say when he didn't know the answer. A great trainer.
would be really useful to have a print out each of shortcut summaries.
Kevin was a fantastic teacher, his energy kept everyone focused and I learned a great deal that i can now apply to my every day work. He also didn't make anyone feel silly for asking questions or stupid for not understanding. Would highly recommend.
I can't comment on the booking process as this was done by my HR dept.
Unfortunately, i didn't receive the joining instructions for the L2 course, although I did for the L1 course. This may have been a fault at this end but if not, perhaps it would be useful to include a line on the booking information e.g. 'Please specify which email address you would like your course joining instructions to be sent to'...
