Instructor made everyone at ease and was very helpful and went through the course at a good rate rather than rushing through each item.

The course objectives were met and each element which we went through was exactly on point for what I needed to fulfill my role. Additionally, Kevin used 365 mentioning updates that have come about recently and showed the importance of getting use to excel for efficiencies.

Kevin is a fantastic trainer, he was animated and pushed us despite being a quiet introverted bunch of people. I enjoyed his sense of humour and how he was happy to help with any query.
